A Rare Case of Pregnancy After Surgical Treatment for Stage III Hidradenitis Suppurativa

Hidradenitis suppurativa is a chronic inflammatory skin condition primarily affecting areas with apocrine glands. It commonly manifests as painful nodules, abscesses, and sinus tracts, significantly impacting the patient's well-being. In this report, we discuss case of 32-year-old pregnant woman Hurley stage III hidradenitis who had undergone surgical reconstruction vulva before conception. The patient underwent cesarian section received topical treatment for her lesions near genitalia. importance early identification, collaborative approach involving multiple specialists, individualized strategies managing debilitating during pregnancy are emphasized in study.
